Our Green Initiatives

We recognize the urgent need for responsible water management. Alarming studies reveal that 21 out of the world’s 37 major aquifers are receding. We have implemented a closed-loop water management system. This comprehensive system recovers 85% of the wastewater generated by our operations. We plan to implement this mechanism in all four of our manufacturing units.
TEX has water treatment facilities including Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The water from these processes is used for gardening, ensuring its beneficial reuse within our premises. In recognition of the dry and arid climate prevalent in the areas where our factories are situated, we reuse a part of reclaimed water for evaporative cooling as well.

We have freed up space using automation and investing in high-capacity output machines. The remaining spaces are used to create green areas inside the factory, in which we grow local trees such as Areca Palms, which not only contribute to cleaner air but also serve as natural sound dampeners, reducing noise levels. These greenareas also help maintain optimal humidity levels within the factory premises.

We're harnessing wind power from windmills and solar energy from a plant installed in our India factory in 2015. This helps us reduce our reliance on fossil fuels.
In the future, we aim to generate enough clean energy to power our entire India facility, achieving a negative energy footprint.
