WOMEN EMPLOYEE

Training

We regularly conduct training sessions to empower our women employees. Through this initiative, women receive comprehensive training in essential life skills and personal financial management, equipping them to excel both personally and professionally. This transformative program unlocks new opportunities and helps them reach their full potential.

GIRL CHILD

Education

We are a founding member of IIMPACT, an organization dedicated to providing life-changing educational opportunities to girls from socially and economically disadvantaged communities across India. Most girls who complete the fifth grade go on to middle and high school which is a momentous achievement given the high drop-out rates of rural education in India, especially that of girl children.

Today, IIMPACT proudly educates an impressive cohort of 80,000 girls across 1,500 villages in 11 states of India.

HEALTHCARE & EYE

Check-up Camps

We take proactive measures to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and organise healthcare and eye check-up camps for our workforce. Employees undergo comprehensive eye examinations at no cost, ensuring that their vision and overall eye health receive proper attention. These check-ups detect any potential vision issues at an early stage, facilitating timely interventions and essential treatments.

Sanitary Pads For

Female Employees

As part of our comprehensive employee care initiatives, we ensure that every female employee receives monthly sanitary pads. This provision empowers female employees to navigate their menstrual cycles with confidence and convenience, allowing them to fully engage in their professional responsibilities without any unnecessary disruptions or stress.

Community Awareness

Camps

We are committed to making a positive impact beyond our organization by conducting community awareness camps in rural areas of Bangladesh. These camps serve as platforms to educate and raise awareness among the local population about the importance of personal hygiene. The aim is to empower individuals and communities with knowledge and information that can significantly improve their overall health and well-being.

Primary Education For

Underprivileged Children

We aim to provide access to quality education and create opportunities for a brighter future. Currently, we sponsor the primary education of 18 underprivileged students in Bangladesh. This sponsorship not only relieves the financial burden on their families but also opens doors to new possibilities and a brighter future. Through this sponsorship program, we strive to create a more equitable society where all children, regardless of their financial background, have the opportunity to receive a quality education.
